Definitely a narcissist and a sociopath, but I think the OCD is self-diagnosed bullshit. First of all, he'd never admit a true diagnosis and what he considers OCD are just his annoying girly habits. Howie Mandel has serious OCD; Howard Purells and baby-wipes his butt and wants attention and sympathy for it.

totally. it's funny how often he forgets he has OCD. or TM cured it. then he has it, then his shrink got rid of it. then had it over the weekend. i remember him tweeting a pic of him backstage at AGT pointing out he has his bottle of purell in front of him. talk about stealing bits. he joins a show that has a real sufferer of the disease and starts playing up his fake version of it thinking it'll help make him likable to america. well, america have spoken.

I actually can diagnose him: he suffers from chronic depression and free floating anxiety. He could be helped with light doses of an antidepressant and antianxiety medications.

By the way the OCD is party of his anxiety disorder. He doesn't cure it, he manages it and lives with it so it doesn't take over his life. Which is fine. But he can't rid himself completely of his anxiety because he wont take a fucking pill.
