I miss Kenny Rogers Roasters. They had great chicken. It's pretty hard to fuck up a rotisserie chicken.

Do you remember the Seinfeld episode where Kramer changes apartments with Jerry because the red neon light from the Kenny Rogers Roasters was intenst in Kramer's apartment? There really was a chain of restaurants where they served chicken and it was really good. The Meijer by my house has rotisserie chickens for $4.99 every day and they are good.

It does ring a bell..we never had them down here though.

I used to get those chickens from the store until I met a guy who worked in the deli department at a grocery store. We offered him some of the rotisserie chicken and he REFUSED to eat it. All he would say is "I know how they make those, i'm not eating it" I've stayed clear ever since.
