In listening to talk show callers & the varying conversations going on around my own environment .... I'm finding that, almost without exception, the difference in cultural opinions on where "blame" for this tragedy should be directed, follows the same ol' obsequious & disturbing patterns:

The African American culture tends to invariably deflect responsibility for their own (or one of their own) repugnant behavior onto others...Often saying that they were "forced" to behave a certain way because of the way someone(s) in the Caucasian community treated them... Rarely ever accepting responsibility for their behavior, or the circumstance they find themselves in...

While the Caucasian community certainly has its own mentally unstable faction of blame-shifters, the vast majority are able recognize and properly assign responsibility for something where it rightfully belongs... ON the person committing the act

Why is there such dichotomy in these communities?? .... Help me understand
