The law differs by state. In Texas, a couple were just sentenced to hard time for moving into a house while the family was staying in Houston with one of the members getting cancer treatments.

i think it's outrageous that they didn't drag these scum out by their hair the minute the law heard about it.

Its the banks fault. I have a guy 1 block over . Buddy told me they haven't made a mortgage payment in 3 years. Hell they rented the house out for 1 year and are now back. Chase has put the hone up for auction 4 times and yet to sell.
