Neither, I find scraps of paper with barely legible scribbled names on them pretty much worthless. It indicates nothing. It's not like it's to commemorate a 30 minute sitdown meeting you two had. It signifies only that you had enough free time and patience to wait in line for an autograph.

Trick question. There wouldn't be a line for Howard.

I can see the appeal of getting a book signed, but an autograph on its own is just dumb

I would never get an autograph from anyone because it is stupid but if I had to meet one of the two I would rather say hello to Leno because he seems like less of a miserable human being.

Howard, obviously. He's actually got a nice looking signature.

howard. even though he has turned into a the opposite of everything he once was, he has given me decades of good memories.

Ebay items are worth nothing if they are not selling. I saw an autographed copy of Private Parts selling for $8.98 with 0.0 bids which would be the same as you Jay Leno book at the bottom of the list.

If I could get a bit of conversation with either of them it would be Howard. I would love to re-iterate how fucking ugly he is and how having money only points out how little class he does have.

Neither. I'd never wait in line for anybody's autograph.

The only time I waited in line for an autograph was for the group XTC. I had such a great time. When I met Andy Partridge, I got so excited that I was gushing. He started to laugh and he drew a whole bunch of cartoon pictures for me on all the CD's I brought. Another guy from the band, Colin Moulding, came over and shook me by the shoulders and said, jokingly, "Get ahold of yourself women!", and then he danced with me. It was so memorable.

But for Howard and Jay, nope.

If I were forced to make this "Sophie's Choice," I'd pick Howard. I've always hated Leno, and at least Stern gave me a lot of years of good entertainment. I was such a fan back in the day that I used to set my alarm for 5:00am during Summer Vacations just so I could catch the whole show.

    Those days are over...
