Love hitting the meat section on stuff marked down. Certified Angus beef rib eyes, new York steak.... all on sale ready to eat. Wife laughs but this has become a habit with food prices these days. I bring em home and grill em JP on the green egg.
Not because we need to, I do it because it makes sense. And when it don't make dollars..... it don't make cents.

Yeah maybe. I like a lot of their products but the employees always seem like a bunch of dirty hippies more concerned about socializing than anything. I could envision perishables sitting on the stock room floor til they get around to it.

Ugh - yes. I HATE HATE HATE that store. I HATE going into that store. It's like I walked into Romper Room. I will not go into that store!!!!

In one of our groceries, the "manager's specials" are usually green, smelly meat, that has been heavily "Preseasoned" to mask the appearance and smell.
