Students Get Suspended For Supporting America

Four students today got suspended from Adolfo Camarillo High School for wearing their American Flag Headbands to the basketball game. The administrators said it could be viewed as "offensive" and they were asked to leave. After they stood outside in protest of the administrators, with pride for their country, they decided to run back into the game and the whole crowd began to shout "USA! USA!" In honor of the students. Then the students were forced out of the gym, suspended for five days, and not allowed back on school grounds.

It was always illegal to wear the flag when I was growing up in the 60's/70's. I'm not sure if patches were even legal

Last time something like this happened it had NOTHING to do with USA pride either. The kids in a TX HS were chanting U S A, U S A, YOU ESSE. YOU ESSE. Went right over the heads of America's media. I

hard at my northern friends that were clueless as to just how racist those kids were being by chanting a bastardized Mexican Greeting.
