Can I file a lawsuit against the NBA because my favorite black player didn't give a five as he walked through the tunnel?

You'll never guess, the same bottom feeder actually found a second family, and would you believe that they tell a similar story!

Second family accuses Disneyland of racism after Donald Duck refuses to hug their son

    By Daily Mail Reporter
    PUBLISHED: 06:59 GMT, 9 February 2013

The second family in as little as a week has come forward with allegations that a Disneyland character snubbed them because they were black.

The White family said they took their son, Ryder, to Disneyland to celebrate his birthday in December.

The day was going well until Razzi White, 5, walked up to a performer in a Donald Duck costume at the park's Main Street.

Humiliating: The White family says this is the only picture Razzi, 5, took at Disneyland after Donald Duck spurned him for white children

'He was sitting there with his arms open, saying, 'Donald, Donald!' said mother Nastasia White.
Nastasia claims that rather than play with her son, Donald deliberately walked away from him to play with a white baby in a stroller.
The Whites said they waited patiently for their turn - long enough that even the baby's parents urged Donald to play with Razzi - but Donald ignored them.
Nastasia asked for picture, but says Donald instead went to a young white girl on a bench on hugged her.

Whitest: The White family claims a performer in a Donald Duck suit refused to play with their children even after they waited in line

Finally the family gave up and left, only to turn back and see Donald hugging the white children that had been waiting behind her.

A second family has come forward with claims that a Disneyland character ignored their children because of the color of their skin.
'I was upset and hurt. He was very sad,' she said.
White told reporters atABC 10 News that Razzi asked her: ''Why didn't Donald want to take a picture with me?' Inside, I wanted to cry. This was discrimination.'
She claims it was impossible she misread the situation.
'I didn't because it was done in a blatant and ugly way,' she said.

See you in court: The White family is now one of two families suing the company for racist practices

She complained to the park management and was sent a letter offering her passes to the front of attraction lines for her 'disappointment.'
The Whites are the second family to accuse the performers of being racist, with a Spring Valley family filing suit against Disneyland, saying that the White Rabbit had ignored their sons, niece, and nephew.

Attorney Dan Gilleon is now representing both families.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but isn't it a funny coincidence that the first family is named Black, and the second is named White?? Sound like this script was written by Quentin Tarantino, how soon before we hear about the Gray family?

Glad to see that the Stormtroopers don't discriminate.

That's it. No more hugs or handshakes. The greeters will stand behind a roped area and just wave.

These lawsuits are complete bullshit. Hope they lose. I'm sure a lot of little white kids have felt rejected by these 'performers' as well. They are human, sometimes they don't (or) can't notice every little kid..

    idiots...

The floodgates are wide open now for any asshole to say they were ignored. We were at DW a few months ago and over the course of a few days some characters wouldn't/couldn't get near our kids and we're a pasty-white Irish family. I feel sorry for all those people in the character costumes - looks like a shit job - especially in the Florida heat.

We'll never know because that's part of the game. The families will insist on a jury trial, that would equal a lose-lose situation for Disney. One, no way they want the bad publicity. Two, they can't risk the publicity plus the degradation of the U.S. justice system that uses people with I.Q.'s in the bottom 10% of the nation to decide everything from murder trials to cases like this. We could easily see a jury of shit heads try to award the families with a couple billion dollars to teach the evil Disney corporation for not wanting to hold the hands of little dark faced kids.

We have seen crap like this before!

True. In many of these cases, the truth doesn't matter. They are nuisance claims and will get paid off.

I served on a jury once. It was a "slip and fall" case. Some woman slipped and fell in a supermarket and she was goin' for the gold.

After we heard all the evidence, we adjourned to the jury room to deliberate. Not 20 seconds in, the foreman said, "okay, so how much does she get?"

I was like "the fuck?!" She didn't prove SHIT! She had to prove that not only she fell, but the supermarket knew about the problem and didn't take sufficient steps to remedy the problem and/or prevent similar incidents from occurring.

Me and two others turned that shit around. She got fucking nothing. I wanted to tell her to get a fucking job.

So, you really can't say that juries don't see through horseshit. They do. And sometimes they don't. Depends on how good the defendant's lawyer is at jury selection. Gotta know who to boot during selection.

Funny.. I sat on a jury where a utility employee doing some work in a hospital leaned on a rail that gave and fell down a couple of feet. The first day it sounded like he had some money coming to him- but all that changed the next day when he again limped into the courtroom this time favoring the other leg. The hospital apparently offered to settle while we were in deliberation which was rejected. Little did the plaintiff know that instead of a windfall, they'd be leaving there with literally a $0 judgment.

I have a similar story. A 25 year old woman was suing her apartment complex after she slipped and fell in 4 inch heels after a night of clubbing. She broke her ankle. As part of her evidence for pain and suffering, the attorney showed us pictures of this girl on the beach in the Bahamas wearing a cast. He said that not being able to swim in the ocean caused her emotional distress since the trip was not refundable. The jury was ready to hand her over the 100 grand they were asking for. They just wanted to go home. A couple of us put a stop to that nonsense.

Yeah, and after we delivered the verdict, the judge came into the deliberation room to greet us. He said he completely agreed with us and that she was "doctor shopping." After the judge said that, I turned to the assholes who wanted to give her money and just smirked.

There's always going to be shitheads on a jury. You just gotta have the balls to stand up to them.

A San Diego family is suing Disneyland, alleging that an employee in a rabbit costume at the popular amusement park is racist.
Fox5SanDiego.com reports that Jason Black Jr., 6, was on a trip with his family to the Anaheim park in August when he approached his favorite character, the White Rabbit.
“I went to hug him but he turned his back,” Jason told the station. “It’s made me feel sad because I wanted to really hug him.”
His older brother, Elijah, said he tried to hold the character's hand, but the employee kept pushing his hand away, according to the report.
The Black family filed a lawsuit against Disneyland, claiming that the children were discriminated against by the person portraying the rabbit because they are black.
The boys' father, Jason LeRoy Black Sr., initially thought the park had implemented a new policy preventing the characters from touching children.
He told Fox5SanDiego.com his family observed the rabbit hugging, kissing and taking pictures with two white kids who approached the rabbit moments later.
After filing a complaint, the family was offered VIP passes, which they reportedly declined.
Dan Gilleon, the family's attorney, said the Black family is asking Disney to issue a public apology and fire the employee who portrays the White Rabbit.
“They’re not trying to get something they don’t deserve,” Gilleon told the station. “In fact, all they’ve asked for is a little bit of recognition that this should not have happened.”
Disney recently asked the family to sign a confidential waiver in exchange for $500, according to MyFoxPhoenix.com.
The station contacted Disney for comment and the company emailed a statement, which reads, "We cannot comment on something that we are not aware of -- and that we carefully review all guest claims."

I think I wrote here before about how my sister works in the administrative side of Disney there in Anaheim. She tells me about the almost daily endless bogus law suits that get filed against Disneyland. Some are so ridiculous you would swear they are just made up stories, but there fact is more bizarre then fiction.
so this "family" is asking for a poor schnook in a hot, musty rabbit costume who probably makes $10 an hr to be fired because he "discriminated" against them. unless they sat around observing him for hours, they have no idea if what they believe is true. did he blow off another black child? did he do the same for a white child?
i smell a class action lawsuit against disney somewhere in the not too distant future.
