Recently, I listened to the Howard Stern TV special about Baywatch, and I was thinking how sexy Nicole Eggert sounded.

Well, this is her filming ABC celebrity diving reality show this week.

Keep in mind she's 6 months younger than Beth.

She's had a couple of kids and got REALLY FAT with each pregnancy and that's what some of the worst pictures out there of her are from, but it's no excuse.

She hit the wall before her pregnancies and got even worse between them.

She got fat without the kids and she is or at least was a huge boozer.

Well, this is her filming ABC celebrity diving reality show this week.

Why am I not surprised she's "diving" of all things. To an outsider, diving might seem like something thats physically demanding or requires being a good swimmer, etc. Thats what I thought before I actually got my PADI cert a decade ago, I too assumed it was one of those adrenaline rush sports like skydiving or waterskiing.

Now with somewhere between 350-400 dives under my belt I can tell you its one of the laziest 'sports' outside of maybe pool. Its effectively like sitting in a recliner for 45min, in terms of energy expenditure, because you're subconsciously trying to conserve oxygen which means minimizing unnecessary movements of the larger muscles. Don't get me wrong its fun as hell and you do better being in good cardio shape so you're not sucking so much air, but its athletically meaningless.

EDIT: Scratch that.. I'm an idiot, with her wearing the wetsuit I thought this was scuba related rather than diving off a platform.
