1-21-2013. Can't do it. This is normally my M-W-F week, but I so hate running on Mondays that it's always a struggle to get oot there. Got dressed to go out the door and run, put my shoes on (with Yak Trax already on), stepped on the hardwood floor entryway to go out the front door, slipped on the aforementioned hardwood floor due to the Yak Trax, almost fell, almost pulled something, screamed "Fuck" at the top of my lungs, scared the cat off, went out to do my warmup walk, became despondent, came back in the house and am typing this bitter missive. Since it is supposed to be a 3 day week, let it be T-Th-Sat. Fuck this....

By the way, The Stacker was a disappointment. What in advertisements looks like a plump, juicy gourmet burger was in fact a tiny, squashed thing. There was no ketchup with the fries either.
