Some folks avoid potatoes, but they are very nutritious

You sent drinking supplies, not running supplies.

Please wait patiently for the next Selfestitle drinking thread for photos of your generous gifts.

P.S.: Although our car was a total write-off after hitting the deer, the soundly-constructed Minnesota travel mug inside had not a scratch.

    1.61 miles

    10:30 pace

nice 41 degrees out and ran without gloves, which really made it much more enjoyable for some reason. even my groovy spaceman gloves bother me.

tomorrow will make 7 days in a row, and Nike+ better have a medal for that!

    PS - i already met my 10 mi/week goal

    Updated!

    Of note:

At just over 120, this is one of the best weeks we've ever had for mileage. . And it's fucking January!

Congratulations to everyone who ran this week.

Just got this from my dad:

Had my first outdoor jog today down along the stream where I*saw Ma & Pa ducks leading their baby ducks.* My total for last year was 142 such jogs from March 21/12 to Dec. 20/12.
So I will see how I do this year and am not in competition with last year's total but will enjoy one jog at a time.
[Low], good luck with your training for the TO marathon and [Low's bro] good luck as you get 'back on track' with your running and may your body co-operate.
