Lettme check....8.27 it says on my Nike but I ran .50 out and stopped for a few seconds to breath and ran home so it would more accurately be 8.57 maybe

I am one of those weirdos I think. I have a flashing armband that they gave out at the safety awards at work...apparently I am the only one excited by them and co workers are giving me theirs so I can send you one if you like. It is very geeky but I don't feel it (it is Velcro). Also I wear fluorescent toque and my red running jacket which has reflective parts on it. Although the running jacket is not warm enough I am finding even when I layer. All my run gear has been inherited or free so far except the shoes and shoe tread I just got.

I wear sweats and a hoodie......don't you folks just warm up once you're running? Is it that much colder up there? I haven't had an issue being warm yet, but I think the lowest temp I've run in is 25 degrees

that's what I wear, with a baseball hat, but i always wear a baseball hat.

i'm concerned about being reflective at night.

Legs stay warm, you're right, but keeping your head and hands covered is a must.

Yup, I also wear gloves.....I was wearing shorts up till recently...by I must keep my knees warm or they tighten up....I'd actually prefer shorts all year around if I could

that's why i always have a strong cup of coffee and wait at least an hour before i run!

great day for running today, less windy than usual, and 27 degrees. I was paying attention to what got cold. I had a baseball hat, gloves, sweatpants, a thermal shirt and a fleece sweat jacket on.

I was warm except for one spot - my butt. my butt cheeks was not warm.
