I had a similar experience last summer. I went out on a 4.5 mile run and about mile 3 I said "dear god" i am not going to make it home. So I was in the homo stretch and I spotted a YMCA/VA hosp. Oh by the way I ran outside yesterday I think I did about 3.5 miles in 27 plus minutes.

a ridiculous 11:11 pace.
i did take a lot of pictures tho, and tha may have slowed me down.
My neighborhood is being overtaken by geese. Thousands of them!
i was out with the dog before the run and they all took off from a neighbors yard and flew around. the sound was so loud and so weird, and there were so many off them!!!!!!
