i think that's the one I was watching. She has a hubby with a beard? she weighs over 600 pounds?

2.12 mi today.

started out wanting to do 1.7 but kept going.

AND i did it at a stellar 10:56 pace.

i'm taking it slow and not caring about how fast. as long as I get out there.

took one picture. it was crappy and windy and nothing to write home about. took a bunch yesterday that I haven't uploaded yet.

I tried watching an episode earlier...this guy went from 600 down to 225, lap band, back up to 450....then get mad at his DR for scolding him...had a melt down...ran(on scooter) from the Dr's office and broke his scooter.....

I couldn't take....They are all enablers.....the mom who feeds him...even the guy who fixes his scooter...shame on them all

i did feel bad for Melissa once she got out of her fat coma and said "i don't want to sleep. I have spent the last years sleeping"

1-1-2013. A Goatcabin. Would have gone farther but today being a Holiday, city employees were off and thence, no one was available to unlock the restrooms at the recreation area I run at and hence, I was doomed to run a Goatcabin with what Blue Iris once so eloquently described as "A hot shit in the chamber" which was quite uncomfortable at times, resulting in shortening what could have been a longer run.

i had to look away when they were doing the skin removal surgery. HOLY SHIT the size of that gape!!!!!!!!!
