CP's right - Jesus is Magic is a great DVD.

I saw Sarah (it was billed as Sarah Silverman & Friends....trust me, less friends would've been nice) about 5 years ago before she did the opening monologue at some MTV awards show that made Britney Spears cry. It was something to the effect of Britney's sons being the cutest little accidents ever. Funny! And please, those kids were hardly planned pregnancies. Why the tears?

The venue was at Largo on Fairfax - very small place then - before it moved. She looked really beautiful. Her skin was flawless. I'd always heard of the phrase "comics working out their act" but had never seen it done before. She had a yellow legal pad and made notes on it throughout her set. A couple of jokes she crossed out and wouldn't share....now THOSE are the ones I'd have loved to hear.
