Worked out this morning and jogged tonight. Ate Jap food for dinner.
I cook a mean pot of spaghetti using canned ripe tomatoes from my own garden. I eat too much of it when its hot and fresh.
I dont need an excuse to do a desk job and come home and eat a box of Double Stuff Golden Oreos. Ive got to be honest with myself.

I swam 2 miles against the current then sprinted back in 11 minutes this morning before work.
Did a full body circuit workout for 2 straight hours without a break at lunch.
Taught 2 crossfit classes back-to-back after work.
Now I am doing push ups, pull ups and leg lifts as I type.
