    I've thought about that, too. I think we're just supposed to not think about it. Like in Lord Of The Flies, Piggy is NEARSIGHTED, so his glasses would not have started a fire. Reading glasses would work, though.

    This one really annoys me, because it serves zero purpose in the plot and should have been edited differently: The movie Tombstone is a lot more historically accurate than you might think, even down to a lot of the dialog. What pisses me off is at the OK Corral gunfight, Doc shoots a double barrel shotgun 3 times, and I think he fires his 2 pistols more than 12 times if I remember right. I thought that shit only happened in really old cowboy movies
