While I agree with the OP, he's way off on a number of points. Mostly, if the merger did happen the other way, the dominant company has to honor all contracts. A merger is not a bankruptcy. Wiggy's suggestion that he was afraid of a cancelled contract is bullshit.
    exactly.
because howard argued FOR the merger. he wouldnt do that if there was a chance to lose 500+ mil in earnings.
he doesnt risk his own money ever

" all of his bonuses were tied to "stern-based" subscribers -"

    No. Read the contract.
There are 2 different bonuses. One is overall Sirius subscribers. This bonus Howard got 330+ million in shares that he dumped the same day.

The other bonus was "Howard Stern generated subscribers". This is the only bonus Howard didn't get since he generated zero subscribers.

Howard is so retarded that he cant read. The contract specify Sirius subscribers. So simple is the law. Thats why he didn't get his extortion court date. The judge nailed it. Howard got his bonus for Sirius subscribers and Howard got a bonus for XM merger. Nowhere in the contract is written that Howard would get bonuses for SiriusXM subscribers.

Sorry for my bad grammar. I am a non-English retard.

Nothing like internet lawyers discussing a topic they know NOTHING about.
