We have a really nice, thick maple board. My wife uses it all the time but I won't. I have cleanliness issues with it. The plastic one I stick in the dishwasher and use it on anything.

Yea. In terms of the chain places its almost the only one I eat at.

The customers site I am at is in the heart of the bayou, so they cooked us white beans and rice (with pork) grilled and fried fish, and crawfish for lunch. Gumbo tomorrow. Outstanding!!!
