What part of this was funny?

Premiums have been going up for years now across both parties in the White House. Premiums are not going up for everyone that I know so why would someone think that this Rep could answer as to why the reporter's specific premiums are going up?

Also, why exactly do righties find it funny or interesting to go ask people outside while walking a serious question? Are they expecting some sort of lecture in the cold?

I applaud the insult and I wish he would have dropped a few f'bombs and vicodin pills for good ole Rush to chow down as he plays this clip and laughs with his 400 pound belly sticking out
