Russell Brand Sounds Like Eric Idle

Eric Idle is one of my favorite Pythons. Russell Brand sounds like he would fit right into that group.

i think hes brilliant

some days I can't take him. But today, I thought he was HILARIOUS. I mean, laughing out loud at him, which I normally don't do. He was "on" today, imo.

He is quick witted.. He does not speak POSH no matter what Howard thinks.. You know how here you can tell where some is from by the accent.. And people tend to think certain accents pertain to having "low class".. He's speaks very "cockney".. He doesn't translate well and I lived in the UK for years.......There's some stuff he says that's funny as hell if you get the translation.

When I lived in Knightsbridge................. I was told I did not speak "ENGLISH" I spoke " AMERICAN"..

I love Russell Brand, but I hate when Howard interviews him. And Robin should be muzzled when he comes in.

I am not a Russell Brand fan. I feel like he tries so hard to be glib and clever and funny.....it exhausts me to listen to him or watch him. I tried a few times to watch Brand X last season simply because I like so much of FX's original programming, but we couldn't get past a few episodes. Again, I found it to be exhausting and just, I don't know, frenetic. That said, I do think he's a really bright guy and I enjoyed him in Get Him to the Greek and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
