Howard's Remark About Hosting SNL

When he was talking to Jason Bateman (in between asking about his money and his cock) said he would not host SNL - I think he said something like its not his thing. I cannot believe he would turn it down if asked - especially since its on his network.......
But I think SNL probably has some other celebs in the front of the line before they get to Howie.
It would be interesting.

howard can say he's still relevant all he wants, but joining AGT puts his relevancy on par with sharon osbourne & howie madel. i'm sure they'll be asked to host SNL right after howard.

Howard would suck on SNL. For all his self-deprecating humor he really can't stand laughing at himself. You have to not take yourself too seriously to succeed as a host.

If he wasn't asked to host in the 90s when he was hot as a pistol he won't be asked now that he's an old man.

there was once a time when snl would've put up with the huge pain in the ass he would be. that time no longer exists. can you imagine his demands? they'd end up on a 30 minute delay while he ok'd shots and had retakes.

and how hilarious is it that such a hideous looking being concerns himself with lighting and angles n such? it's like a 400 pound woman trying on outfits to see which one makes her look a little less giant.

It would also take some effort on Howard's part. Can you really see him willing to do wardrobe fittings, dress rehersals and such? Not to mention SNL airs way past that old man's bedtime. He'd probably doze off durning the opening monolouge.

in spite of howard's declining relevance, snl would take him in a new york minute. the only reason he wouldn't do it is because he'd be afraid of fucking up.

He mentioned that and upon reflecting on how absurd that was, he knows that other people would not put up with his diva demands.

I believe that Uncle Milty was a giant pain on the ass as a Guest Host and was never invited back due to his demands over writing/approving skits and forgetting that he was guest on an existing show with writers and that the show usually sucks, no fault of the guest host. Just deal with it.

Howard is WAY too much of a pussy to do it. He has no talent on his own and he knows it. It would be a disaster. You can only hold your arms out for people to cheer for you for so long.

After hearing him stumble over the lame pre-written jokes he crowbars into the show I can't imagine Wiggy doing a monologue or participating in a skit. His timing and delivery are terrible, they must have done dozens of takes for every scene in Private Parts.
