What is on your Super Bowl menu today?

I'm not going to a party or anything, one of my kids is coming over so there will just be three of us. I traditionally lightly smoke and grill barbecued chicken wings for every Super Bowl and will continue with that. We are also going to have potato skins. Carrots and celery with blue cheese dip will keep us healthy.

    What are you cooking up?

Now that sounds like a party! I need to try to make bacon wrapped japs some time. They sound so good.

When I take wings to a party, I grill and smoke them at home, sauce them then throw them in a crock pot and drop a little extra sauce in it. They stay very nice that way.

cool....i will try that maybe. i think they are supposed to be crispy so i'm afraid if i wrap them up, they will get soggy.
doesn't really matter i guess. the other guys are making pork butt bbq so my wings are probably gonna go untouched.

I'm going to my parents' for the first half and my mom told me she might not make her Buffalo Chicken dip

If she also neglects to make French onion dip I will call her a nigger and walk out

That's just sad. I had to travel on Super Bowl Sunday a few years ago. You should get a couple of comp days off work for that.
