    Ever wonder how some of these businesses stay in business?

    How they make enough money to cover their lease, their employees, their utilities, inventory and still pull a profit?


    Not just some shit strip mall either. Some of these high end places make no sense to me. Like this place below, they actually sell enough tea each month to mall traffic to cover all their expenses and pull a profit?

    We operated a store in an upscale mall for a while. The rent was $10K a month plus a percentage of the gross. That was 10 years ago. I'm sure it's higher now. We spent the first couple of weeks a month trying to make rent.
