    Somebody else answered but 3G, also I'm not sure if Ice Cream Sandwich has this, but try going to settings and then battery and , at least on my phone, it shows what's using power. Also get Juice Defender from the Play store, really nice battery app.

    I just pull down the top black bar on my phone and it has an on off swith for GPS and wifi
