Baldwin got himself some good writers. Wiggy should take note.

The best thing about it was seeing Adrian Peterson's wife, who posed for playboy's Girls of the Big 12

It was a very, very good appearance, especially for someone who isn't a stand-up comic.
But what a room!
You could smell the dumbness. Is it part of the deal that a player's wife/gf has to have the "deer in the headlights" look at all times.
Plus, nobody wants to get "caught out" laughing at anybody else, even though it was pretty softball material, especially given the hijinks Baldwin('s writers) had to work with: Favre and his cock pic, Crabtree's sexual assault investigation, Ray Lewis' bloody suit, etc.
Jeffrey Ross should host it next year.
I like football, but man, everything else outside/around it is just painful to watch, from the talking heads, to this kind of nonsense, to the "personalities" of the players and the stupid commercials they're in, to hours upon hours of draft coverage................................it all sucks.
Oh, and "Football Follies" is cool, if they still have that. I love that old-timey music with the various bonehead plays being shown.![]()
