i always see her on the papparazzi sites but wtf does she do other than appear on papparazzi sites? is she supposed to be an actress? modoe? singer? reality tv?

I've wondered that, too. Wikipedia says she's an "English model, actress, entrepreneur and television presenter." - In England they say "presenter" instead of "host."
