we have people here who constantly walk around complaining that cigarettes outdoors makes the city smell bad. a few write editorials for small neighborhood papers. i often read their complaints in the papers while i'm out on the streets. I used to think they had a point and that maybe not smoking on the sidewalks would help (I don't smoke cigarettes) and then a city bus passes by on Madison Ave. I inhale and think "maybe not".

I've never seen anyone come into the ER with with seizures from cigarette withdrawal, alcohol many times.
