I have issues with cigarette smoke. Yes it has been banned from all indoor locations which I am thankful for but I still get bothered by it, especially when I have my son with me and he has to smell it outdoors.
Examples:
Taking a walk in the park and the smoker is sitting on a bench smoking or walking on a trail smoking. Yes, they are outside but I don't want to smell it. What to do? Can both parties be happy?
Driving in my car on a warm day, I like to have the window rolled down (I have no A/C), person in front of me is smoking and I have to breathe it. Obviously I roll up the window until they are gone but on a hot day, swelter in the meantime.
My neighbor has two little girls. The neighbor next to them goes outside to smoke. They have to run around and shut all the windows because the smoke permeates their house. They don't want to be "that neighbor" so they haven't and won't say anything to them. But I think it's unfair because they have two little ones.
There is no way for smokers and non smokers to live in harmony right?
