    Medicore Sushi Thread

I'm going to go to a place called the Kona Grill in a few hours and get some sushi and drink a saki bomber or two. The sushi is usually medicore there, but it is half price during happy hour and they have other stuff too. I use chopsticks, though pretty awkwardly. I like a lot of wasabi and ginger (sorry Oderus) on my sushi.

I like the spicy tuna rolls. I don't like eel or octopus very much. Eel still kinda creeps me out and with octopus I just sorta feel bad, they seem kinda inoffensive, I don't know. I probably saw too many cartoons with nice octopi in them when I was a kid.

We have a Kona Grill here. Never been there though.

How bad can it be if you are just getting a tuna roll?
Friendship isn't about whom you have known the longest... It's about who came and never left your side.

It's fine, it's just like getting a steak at like Outback. Functional, but not orgasmic.

I can't catch a fly in mid air, but I use them to eat Sushi when needed. I use my fingers too.
I'm as comfortable with chopsticks as I am with a fork.

Love sushi. And I'm not good with chopsticks, but I use them anyway.

Half price is a good deal. Rainbow roll, maybe Yellowtail and Salmon sashimi are also good Jump. Try seaweed salad too. Stay away from uni

How about trying sashimi and some more creative kinds of rolls, rather than spicy tuna

Love, sushi. Above average with chop sticks. Good enough to eat a japanese meal with them when we go out and don't get sushi. Only sushi I don't like and which will never again cross my lips is sea urchin.
