Cobra Starship? What the fuck kinda name is that? It sounds like the name of a band on the back of a fruit roll-ups box - u know, like where the grapes and strawberries play lighting bolt shaped guitars? It's so sad what's being passed off as music. I was just listening to this really cool, long forgotten band that was around when I first discovering the guitar back in the late 80's. Check out the band Raging Slab/"Don't Dog Me" on youtube. They were kinda like a heavier southern band, but with almost a metal aspect to some of their playing. Very unique and they never got the recognition they should've. Slash loved em and got em to open for Guns on some of the early "Illusion" warm up club shows.
