If only Artie were willing to badmouth Howard, I know Gass would be up for it. Maybe Al Pacino's Baby could slip in a few digs, and let's just hope Gass doesn't fall asleep.

I tried TS, I got on hold for Craig Gass immediately with a coupla comments in the holster and I had a whole rant about wanting him on Stern fulltime, and a dawgsaloon/zoo za zoo weaved together. As well as Jimmy Fallon stealing Gass's Adam Sandler .

And then Artie just rambled for segment after segment ignoring the phones till the end of the show like they've done all week with these cluster fuck segments and the who-gives-a-shit music. And the same Mark Grace Chicago stories we've heard 100x since Dan joined the show.

I remember last year it was scatterbrained phone negligence like that that had me vanish for months in jaded disgust.

I hear you dude. I think the key with Nick gone now is to really pick a show where it looks as though Artie will be scrambling for content. When he's got guests willing to mix it up, he's like the energizer bunny. It's part nervous energy.

Not for nothing but in what world has Artie Bad Mouthed Howard about anything? Even at the highest moments of the addiction saga on the show he only barely suggested that Howard was a phony by saying you're not my bro. I really don't want Artie to Bad Mouth Stern and I doubt that Gass would badmouth him either because he isn't as dumb as the Rev Bob Levy. Shit he hasn't even bad mouthed Nick and some major shit just went down. I don't think that Artie is into trashing friends. Not that he wont talk shit about people, shit he did a pretty good job of shitting on less moonves and his Asian concubine Julie Chen.

That was my point, Artie won't badmouth Howard and it would make for good radio. Gass will these days though, because he can't get booked on THSS anymore. Also, I didn't feel like starting another thread, but Imus and Bernard McGuirk were goofing on Artie yesterday for being Sterns lackey; apparently Imus isn't aware of Howard's Bro-ethics.

It sucks ARM, but that's why Artie needs a good permanent co-host. I don't think anyone has ever accused him of being good at time management. Still though, if they just could drop the music segments it would open up a solid 10+ minutes for phone calls each show.

Artie and Dan seem to be tiring of Pasty Tits, Artie opened the show talking about pasty can't talk about anything controversial, and then ended it with his usual, condescending, he-wants-to-punch-them-in-the-face, oh you're the smart one. And then when pasty balls says, I like uptown girl, Gellato jumps in, 'figures'
