That my friend is at what they call Underground Atlanta. I once seen a kid playing guitar minding his own business and got a sleeper hold put on him Roddy Piper style from some less than pleasant goons that strolled by. The store he was in front of had their security come out which was a bunch of thugs with dreadlocks swinging batons at them. Needless to say the kid wasn't there the next day playing his guitar
