has anyone given you the basic new droid user instruction yet?
(1) to power off your new droid, remove the battery
(2) to reboot your new droid, remove the battery
(3) when you try to make a phone call and your droid says "Resetting", remove the battery

There are also a series of advanced user directions we can review once you master the basic droid user skills

i forgot one:
(5) to keep your droid from resetting during the day, remove the battery
