You ain't fucking kidding. It's total bullshit. My mother in-law just passed and my father in-law had pre paid their funeral and plots. Little did he know he was going to be asked if he wanted a temp marker at the grave for $300 which could go towards the cost of the perm headstone. I'm so glad I'm getting cremated. It's such a scam.
