Howard has always been quick to go for the cheap laugh by calling every overweight woman a "fat chick". He's used that term several times to describe Gabby Sidibe and no one believes the ridiculous claim that his comments were intended to be helpful. However, since the negative reactions to his remarks about Lena Dunham he's been using the term "heavy-set" instead of fat.
