I was livid listening to her this morning -
What in the world was she thinking ? This was her big moment and she should have been calm, and presented herself in the most humble and sweet way to Motola.

Nobody wants to hear her craziness about Benjy and their schtick - that was a major turnoff to Motola - you could tell he had douche chills while she was going on about her having the most unusual and original act....

Most up and coming performers would have given their first born child to be given the opportunity Elisa was given today (and Benjy was a vehicle in her getting that opportunity). I agree 100%. Benjy is only trying to help her (yes I agree Yomama, it may not be smart, sound advice) but he is doing it out of dare I say "Love" and wanting her to succeed! Let's be real Elisa is in this relationship to benefit herself. I would put down money that they will break up relatively soon. People who use others, for their own benefit or gain, normally end up getting what coming to them eventually. Maybe today was Elisa's day??? God I sound like a bitter bitch haha!

Even if the singing had been good (it wasn't) the annoying interrupting and pushiness she displayed would turn off any record exec. The "I'm a great songwriter" thing was jaw-droppingly delusional. It's an annoying voice, but doing a cover song would have been a better idea.
