The timeline. Howard signed a new deal. Mel and the other in the board room gave them self over 200 millions in bonus. Howard went crazy since he believes that he saved the company.

He went to Bushwald and his layers and come up with a great "legal" extortion plan.

"lets take SiriusXM into court. They can't afford risking loosing this trial and settle. We will accept 10-20% of 300millions"

When Howard sued SiriusXM, the company still was near bankruptcy. If they would have had to pay 300 millions more to Howard they would have gone bankrupt. Everybody said that they would settle if it went to court.

For once the system worked and threw out Howard's complain.

Just the little fact that Howard signed a new contract means that he should not be able to sue them. Its amazing that they don't have a legal clause in the contract.

And please:
I hope Malone sues Howard. There are so many illegal things he have done.
1) Free AGT commercials. Howard needs to pay for that time.
2) Breaching the "exclusive" contract. Howard signed and exclusive contract with Sirius. Doing AGT breaches it.
3) Bad mouthing and lying about his employer. How the fuck cant they have a moral clause with Howard?
