☃ "There are entire websites dedicated to how ugly my wife is."
That might be fun to watch... hopefully this thread will get bumped when it's on or I'll never remember.
hulk hogan, spice boy, a lot of ex-staff are going to appear during the trial.

I guess you can wish cancer and AIDS on someone no problem just better not call them a snitch
Bubba's a fucking carny. Is he friends with Hogan again?
One of the most amusing parts of the courtroom stuff today was when they were reading a witness list and saying stuff like "Joe 'Chip' Garcia," "also known as Hurricane," "also known as Jabberjaw," etc. The jury selection continues tomorrow. Then the real trial starts on Wednesday.

Per the link at the start of the thread:
"The Hillsborough County courthouse is getting ready for what will be a colorful trial over the next few weeks.
Two of the area's biggest radio personalities are facing off. Todd "MJ" Schnitt is suing "Bubba The Love Sponge" in a lawsuit filed in 2008.
Schnitt claims Bubba defamed him on the air by making false statements about Schnitt and his wife, encouraging listeners to "harass him." Bubba claims he did nothing wrong because MJ and his wife are public figures.
Schnitt says his wife is not a public figure.
Jury selection began Monday morning. The trial could last up to three weeks, exposing the "radio wars" that went on between the rival DJs for years.
The witness list includes a wide range of local figures, including Hulk Hogan."
I haven't listened since he went to IO but at the end of the Sirius days, but Bubba spent a lot of time bitching about this MJ dude.
Suing him "for at least fifteen thousand dollars..."
It'll cost $100,000 in expenses for everyone. What a stupid lawsuit.
Yeah, that's the first thing I thought.

Trial is streaming right now: http://www.myfoxtampabay.com/category/235312/live-video
The only problem is you can only hear the lawyers speaking. They don't show the witness and you can't hear the witness. At least I can't.

Is that old white guy lawyer Kevin Hayslett ?

There is a reason why I can't hear or see the witness on the stand: Jury selection continues Tuesday and they expect opening statements to get under way later that day or early Wednesday.
