I've been on the phone for 3 hours with Rogers "techxperts". Well.......realistically only on the phone for an hour, but then they had remote access to my computer for another 2, trying to fix my shit.

Over the last 3 days, that's 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 hours.

$34 for the first assistance, $10/month for 24/7 access to help.

I'm not sure if it's them or Windows 8......but I have NEVER seen a computer take so motherfucking long to be set up and protected.
