TV ratings are very confusing to Howard too when AGT and Kimmel are discussed.
I was doodling but did Stern give a preemptive blow job to a dude that writes/blogs about ratings?
The bill was/is only important to Stern.
Remember Howard gets free meals by plugging his favorite restaurants.....as discussed in Beths FHM interview in 2002....also discussed around that time is the Sterns using gift certificates to pay for meals.....
Howard likes to eat early.....coupons are not redeemable during peak hours.
