I do it at least 4 times a week. I just put my tablet with my current favorite TV show Homeland on it and watch an episode. It's around 50-60 minutes and I burn around 600-900 calories in that time (depending how hard I go). After that I'm all wired to do some weights and shit. It's a fantastic exercise and it doesn't put a strain on my joints and back like running does. It also hits all the muscle groups.
