Howard only has to program 12 hours a week yet.....

So, Howard only has to fill 12 hours a week worth of air time and he is repeating bits more than ever. This week alone, I have heard him repeat the following (and I haven't hear more than an hour worth of the show this week):

• The Shuli/Scott Block Party Drama and Scott being upset he isn't getting paid enough
• Howard rehashing the Sharon Osborne candle burning incident (as if it was interesting the first time)
• More rehash of Tim and his idiocy
• Howard and his OCD crap

When Howard worked 5 days a week for upwards to 5-6 hours a day, he didn't repeat this much crap. With the block party stuff, they might as well just replay old segments so they can take a long bathroom break because it is the same crap different city.

Just when you think Howard can't mail it in anymore, he steps up and proves us wrong. Just wait until AGT tapings start and then we will really see what mailing it in really looks like.

Howard may just have Sal and Rich program clips of him speaking into that machine they use for prank phone calls and have them run the show with his voice clips. In fact, that might be funnier than Howard doing the show live.

This 100% there is a total lack of effort. On the days off there is no reason there should not be an old interview from years past every hour on the hour. They have years and years worth of audio. Every single time I turned on the radio last week it was the same replay of the mother and daughter porn interview. It is downright insulting to his listeners.

The worst part is, the more effort the staff puts in, the worse the show is. You get shitty bits like Sandusky clause and horrible games like the spelling bee. Making people with no talent work more doesn't produce better content. It just makes a larger amount of shitty content.

Subtract 3 hours for commercials, and other breaks/filler
Subtract 3 hours for Robin's News
Subtract 3 hours for self-generated staff bullshitting

Now we have 3 hours a week * 40 weeks or 120 hours of content a year.
