I think KOAB was going after the wiggster a little bit because later on he said something like, "you know what I like about Beth, when she puts on that real bright red lipstick and then with the big teeth, I love that!" There was a long, uncomfortable silence followed by a weak attempt by Robin to bail out wiggy with "um, yes, her teeth are usually there". And then Howard awkwardly tried to change the subject to how his photography "skills" haven't been good lately. I get the sense that even the Stern community is having trouble going along with the act at this point.
