Is Stern pissed that Twitter don't pay him ?

He said something like Twitter don't pay me so why would I donate my valuable thoughts on there when I could just save them for the show or something like that

He is actually right on this one. I have a buddy who prides himself as a twitter comedian. He does mostly political humor. He claims he has senators and congressmen following him. Frankly he isn't that funny and any time I say something funny he posts it and passes it off as his own. I rarely talk to him anymore. Since he doesn't pay me to be funny around him why should I give him free content for twitter?

Same with this site. Since the Stern staffers read these posts why give them free content for the show? Fortunately saying stuff about Howard won't be used on the show so at least they won't be stealing that content.

Howard is an old. He has no idea what twitter is or what it's for. This is not news.

Howard said people complain when he doesnt tweet anything witty or funny to which Howard responded I work for Sirius. They pay me not twitter.

Then Sirus should be VERY pissed since he hasn't said anything witty of funny on air in five years, yet he keeps cashing their checks every week.
