Miami Heat Visit President Barack Obama for White House Ceremony

Miami's kings of the hardcourt will get a chance to mingle with the leader of the free world as the Miami Heat pay a visit to President Barack Obama at the White House Monday.
LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and the rest of the team will be honored by Obama for their 2012 NBA Championship at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony.
Obama will also "recognize the Heat’s ongoing support to the men and women who serve in our military and their families, continuing the tradition begun by President Obama of honoring sports teams for their efforts on and off the court," the White House said in a statement.
The Heat are also expected to meet with some wounded warriors during their trip to Washington, the White House said.
Obama called head coach Erik Spoelstra following the Heat's win over the Oklahoma Thunder to clinch the championship,
