When Stern is off (Thurs &Fri) or on vacation he wants to be able to hold random unplanned meetings to see if his staff is awake or having a 3 hour lunch break.

I haven't looked into it, but could this be an inhouse only product from ibm because it is just a pure ripoff of Twitter or Facebook? Keeping it in house and out of the public would keep ibm from any legal liability. Why would you want a social networking software that you need a 3 hour instructional meeting on? I am sure what it is, is nothing more than a private facebook. Why would you want to use a product that clearly has a high learning curve? Hell the facebook learning curve is so low, people like Sal, and senior citizens can figure it out.

More last century technology.
