i used to drink only diet soda and diet snapple even tho i was never fat i just didnt want the sugar since my grandfathers died of diabetes and my father has it now.

NOW i have no option. ihave to drink only sugar soda's. anything that is sugar free has phosphorus in it and that's deadly for me. so snapple ALL NATURAL is actually good for me.

for normal people who arent sick people do drink too much soda.. stick to water with lemon and lime or drink diet. you don't need those empty calories

Same here, for years, and then one day I realized I can't go back. Every time I tried to drink a can of Coke I could only finish 1/2 of it because my stomach would start hurting. After being weened off of it, you could taste it for what it is, sugar syrup.

I drink primarily diet sodas when I drink soda (which is only about 4-5 a week). Usually, I drink lemonade or limeade that I cut with water, or just plain water.

EVERY now and then, usually after a night of boozing on the weekends, I'll stop by this Sonoran hot dog stand and grab a couple of dogs and a Mexican Coca-Cola. They still make Coke down there with cane sugar, and not corn syrup. You can definitely taste the difference. I don't think I could do it every day, though (like I used to drink soda as a kid).
