had a meltdown last week from lack of sleep could not get out of bed for three days. Insomnia and depression were keeping me up so I wrote a really sad post before I went to bed and took a break to clear my head and get focused on getting a job. Also I wanted to clarifiy that I am not suicidal or on any type of drugs If I was I would even leave a post saying im taking a break.
