Kristen Bell doesn't play around when it comes to her booze.

The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" starlet has filed a lawsuit against Meridian Restaurant Group, the parent company of Hollywood restaurant and bar L'Scorpion. Bell reportedly invested $20,000 in L'Scorpion back in 2005.
Now, the 32-year-old actress and four other investors are taking action, claiming that the Meridian owners failed to pay the due profits.
